TANGUY (aka "Roo") arrived in the early hours of July 28. Departing from her usual routine, his dam Tariana waited an extra couple of weeks to unveil this foal, but he is worth the extra effort she took in producing her first son!
Elegant and exotic, little Roo is stamped in appearance by both Ani and his sire, Guy Laroche, and quite possibly has the sum of their movement! He was practically born trotting, but all three gaits are fluid and expressive. Appropriately, he was named for the French-born surrealist, artist Yves Tanguy.
Tanguy is a very promising performance prospect with excellent type, conformation, and movement. On top of all of that, he has a breeder's pedigree, carrying the blood of top performance sires and progenitors Michelangelo, Pasteur xx, Donauwind, Graditz, Rondo and Avignon.
