TANZBRISE

An exquisite young mare, TANZBRISE ("Dance Breeze") is an elegant bay with four dancing white feet and a face to die for. Her topline is superb, with a well-shaped neck blending into pronounced withers reaching far into her strong and muscled back. Her angles are ideal, with a lovely laid-back shoulder, a well-proportioned humerus, sloping hip, and long femur. With ground-covering movement and a huge gallop, this dancer is a dynamo!

The future is wide open for this mare. On the top, she is the child of 2004 Olympic Team Bronze Medallist and 2003 Pan-Am Games Gold Medallist Windfall *Pg*, a stallion who has made his mark on both sides of the Atlantic, taking the eventing world by storm.

Brise's dam is an oustanding daughter of the deceased German Premium and ATA Elite stallion, Graditz, who has a remarkable progeny record as well as a respectable eventing history. Tariana, daughter of our foundation mare, Tara, has proven herself with one exceptional baby after another, as yet all fillies. Her two eldest daughters, Tanzelfe and Tanzdiva, were inspection site champion and a tie for reserve.

Tanzbrise continued the trend set by her older half-sisters by winning the title of Reserve Champion of her own mare inspection. With an overall score of 54 points (8/7,8/8,8,7/8), she received very good comments from ATA Inspector Henry Schurink.

After learning the basics from Michigan trainer Liz Teahen, Brise went to KD Jumpers in Wisconsin for 3 months of training with Silvia Geyer. Silvia says she is a good prospect for the jumpers with her agility, but she "has the heart and talent to go and be ON TOP in eventing!"

Brise is an excellent prospect for a smaller rider ready to take a talented mare into competition. She is also an excellent breeding candidate, and is available for the 2013 on a breeding lease. Brise is for sale at $9,500.
